Request a Title Clearance or Conservation Search Letter
Our Title Clearance letter will include the following information.
Whether the property is within the Grand River Watershed,
Whether the property is regulated,
Identification of any regulated features present and their corresponding regulated allowance limits,
A summary of the rules and restrictions that apply under the Conservation Authorities Act and Ontario Regulation 41/24,
Whether we are aware of, or investigating any known violations of Section 28 of the Conservation Authorities Act for the property,
And a copy of our resource mapping outlining the regulated area.
A fee of $255.00 per property is required to be paid in advance. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of title clearance requests.
