Lottery Notes for the Camping Season

  1. Application submission closes on September 30, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
  2. Lottery draw will be held on or after October 1, 2024. Only winners will be notified.
  3. You may apply once per conservation area.

Camping Equipment Information

All trailer, RV or fifth-wheel applications must declare a trailer/RV license plate number and a copy of the trailer registration or Notice of Registration and/or Insurance Coverage in Force must be attached (photocopies are acceptable). Tent, van, truck camper, or motor home applications must provide the motor vehicle license. Trailers, RVs and fifth-wheels must meet site parameters. Applications that do not include this information will not be accepted.

The service rating is required. The maximum service is 30 amp.

Campsite Details

Conservation Area is required.

You must select at least one campsite.

If no preferred sites are available, we will assign you a site. Please check your minimum requirements:

Disclaimer

By my execution of this Application, I hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that:

  1. This Application is only valid for the Camping Season's draw
  2. There is NO GUARANTEE that I will be granted a licence or an opportunity to obtain a licence to camp at the Campsite
  3. Only one Application per household may be submitted. If multiple Applications are submitted, only one Application will be considered
  4. The lottery selection process will be conducted by the GRCA in any manner it deems fit, and the results thereof shall final and not subject to appeal
  5. The GRCA may, at its sole and unfettered discretion, refuse my Application for any reason it deems fit; and
  6. If my Application is accepted and I am subsequently selected through the lottery selection process, I will be required to
    1. execute the GRCA's Seasonal Campsite Licence Agreement; and
    2. provide sufficient proof of insurance,
    before a license will be granted.

M.56 the personal information contained on this form is collected under the legal authority of the Conservation Authorities Act., R.S.O. 1990, c.27, and is used for the purposes of invoicing, record keeping, and follow-up communication.
