Belwood Lake Hunting Permit Lottery Registration

Season: 2025-2026


  1. The lottery draw is open to people aged 18 and over who have an Ontario Outdoors Card hunting license.
  2. Entries will be accepted from Thursday, May 1, 2025 to Friday, June 20, 2025. Any entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  3. Entrants into the lottery are required to pay the permit fee upon winning a permit in the lottery draw.
  4. Only one submission per Outdoors card number will be accepted.
  5. Winners are required to be a member of the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH).
  6. Entrants are able to list one additional name on the lottery application for those who wish to hunt with a friend or family member. This person will be required to pay for a permit as well, if your application is selected.
  7. The GRCA accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  8. Successful applicants will be chosen for each permit from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on June 21, 2025.
  9. Successful applicants will be notified by email on or after June 21, 2025. If a successful applicant does not claim their permit or respond to the GRCA within 14 days of being notified by the GRCA, then the successful applicant's permit will be forfeited and the GRCA shall be entitled to select another successful applicant in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their permit). If a winner rejects their permit or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's permit will be forfeited and the GRCA shall be entitled to select another winner.
  10. The GRCA accepts no responsibility for winning email notifications that cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.
  11. Entrants into the lottery shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.


Optional - If you have a partner you wish to hunt with, you can enter their name with yours in the lottery. If selected in the lottery, they will be responsible for purchasing their own permit.



The following permits are available in the lottery:

Archery - Deer Only Lottery (10 permits available) $170.00

Deer / Fall Turkey Lottery (10 permits available) $220.00

Seasonal Hunt Lottery: (5 permits available) $320.00. This permit includes all game including fall turkey (deer, migratory birds, upland game, and fall turkey).
